Bought this for a bedroom tv. Easy to set up. Includes wireless N band internet connectivity. Picture is awesome, but the sound is just OK. This TV has Widgets that you can add to access various online accounts like Yahoo, Netflix, Pandora, plus more. There is a huge choice of these widgets. You can get your TV program listings even without a cable box. The stand and control are a bit gimpy. You'll love it. Sam's Club has it for $239 as of 8-10-10.

I was pleasantly surprised by the picture quality on this TV. It doesn't match my Kuro Elite, but it's pretty good in the kitchen. The apps are nice as well. Especially having netfix built in. I have 2 issues with the TV. First, the sound. I read the reviews and was still not expecting what I got. After about 45% volume, the cheap, tinny sounding speakers start rattling the TV. It is not pleasant. Luckily, I noticed the USB outlet on the back. I got a pair of HP USB powered speakers

VIZIO M220NV 22-Inch Full HD 1080P LED LCD HDTV with VIA Internet Application, Black The TV specifications say VESA standards mounting brackets will fit. This however is not the case. I checked the VISIO website and there is no wall mount bracket that I can find which is clearly described as working with this TV. If you intend to mount to a wall bracket, do your homework carefully. Other than that issue, the TV is excellent. I intend to get a set of PC speaker to improve the sound quality.

I was really looking forward to receiving this TV. Of al the 22" tv's this is the only one that had 1080p, led lighting, and the capability to connect to the internet. I had read some reviews that said the sound was bad, but I didn't care since I can't tell the difference between an LP and a CD. Unfortunately when I received this TV the first thing I noticed was how bad the sound was. When I turned off the "surround sound" setting it improved somewhat but it was still pretty bad. • I absolutely loved my 61″ Samsung! Without a doubt, the best I have owned. However, all good things must end…Mine bit the dust after 10 months of use. First, we lost all red color…then something else went. The good thing about it is that it was still under warranty. We had the local Samsung warranty repair shop take a look at it and they found three defective parts, two of them were in stock. The 3rd pard needed to be ordered. After tree weeks without any communication, we finally found out that there was a backorder for the part we were waiting for. After 6 weeks, I finally called Samsung direct and got someone in the executive department and they were stunned that I had been without the TV for so long. Now, however, we have been informed that Samsung is no longer producing the DLP models and the shortage of parts was key. I have not heard this (discontuing the DLP) from any other source and was skeptical initially. But, because they are replacing the DLP with a highend 52″ LCD, I am beginning to wonder.

Again, the 61″ DLP was a beautiful TV with an abundance of positives. My only negative is that I didn’t have it long enough. I sure hope all the other posters of the 61″ have a long-life TV and that you don’t need parts too soon.
